Step 1

Add your contacts

Click the + Add button on the Contacts page and choose one of the following:

  • Sign In with Google to Import

  • Import from Apple

  • Import from File

Follow the instructions provided once you select an option.

Other ways to add contacts

Click the + Add button on the Contacts page and choose one of the following:

  • Search AddressLive users

  • Enter Invite Code from other users

  • Invite users to join AddressLive via text message or email

  • Add Manually

Share your My Link

Another way to add contacts is to share your My Link via text, email, or post on social media. You can personalize your My Link code if you want, so be sure to customize that before you share it.


Step 2

Request current mailing addresses

Click the Select button on the Contacts page.

Select the contacts you want and then click Request Update button.

The popup window will allow you to choose:

  • To send requests via email or text

  • Which profile of yours to share with each contact - personal or work

Click Next and follow the instructions provided.


Step 3

Create your holiday mailing list

Click the Select button on the Contacts page.

Select the contact you want and then click the Create List button.

Give your List a name.

Select the Display Name format you want to use for this mailing list:

  • Contact Name (Their First & Last Name)

  • Household Name (Example: The Smith Family)

  • Custom Name (This allows you type in whatever you want)

Click Next.

Make any Display Name edits.

Click Save.

To mange your lists go to the Lists page.

Step 4

Download your holiday mailing list

On the Lists page click Download next to your list.

Select the format (Excel, Shutterfly, Minted, Evite, etc.) and then click Download.

Use that file to either print at home or upload to the site format you selected.

Done!
